Combine some of Melbourne's best restaurants for each course with the option of adding the delights of a cocktail bar, nightclub or casino to finish the night.

Venue 1 – Pre-dinner drinks and entrée

Pre-dinner drinks package includes your complimentary first drink.

Venue 2 – Main meal

• La Notte – Carlton
  Main – Platter Style
  Selection of char grilled meats - including chicken, lamb cutlets, porterhouse steak, eye fillet steak and pork sausages
  Pasta Platter – two varieties typically Italian Matriciana – bacon, tomato and chillies and Crème Funghi – mushrooms in a creamy sauce
  Italian salads
• R Bar –Port Melbourne
  Main – choice of
  Risotto Alla Pescatora
  Arborio rice tossed with an assortment of pippies, mussels, prawns, scallops,
  calamari, scampi, shrimps & fresh fish in a napoli sauce

  Mediterranean Vegetable Stack
  Chargrilled eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, roma tomato, basil
  pesto & fresh parmesan

  Gnocchi Gorgonzola
  House made ricotta gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce and crispy pancetta

  Grilled Lamb Loin
  Lemon peppered lamb loin grilled and served on rocket and nashi pear salad
  with roasted cherry tomatoes & blood orange jus

  Smoked Salmon Salad
  With caper berries, red onion, roasted capsicum & lime vinaigrette

  Salt & Pepper Calamari
  Lightly floured and fried calamari, potato skordalia & aged balsamic reduction
  with a delicate salad of wild rocket leaves, dressed with roasted garlic aioli

  Chicken Breast
  Danish fetta & pumpkin stuffed chicken breast with warm bean olive and roasted cherry tomato & proscuitto shards
  

• Beachcomber –St Kilda
  Succulent Souvlaki – prime lamb fillet skewers served with grilled pita bread, tzatziki and greek salad
  Fish and Chips – market fresh fish served with chips and house made tartare sauce
  Chicken Parma – juicy breast of chicken topped with ham, tomato and gratinated mozzarella served with chips and salad

Sample itinerary

• Progressive Dinner Sample Itinerary
  Departure pick up –between 6.00 and 6.45pm, depending on distance to the city

  7.15 - 8pm–Eureka Skydeck –Predinner drink
  Here you will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, whilst enjoying the spectacular sights of Melbourne and its surrounds

  8.15 - 10pm–R Bar –Main Meal
  Rejoin your luxury coach to travel to one of Melbourne’s most popular restaurants for a mouth watering main course. Soak up the atmosphere, indulge your taste buds and enjoy great company.

• 10.15 - 11.15pm –La Notte –Dessert
  The fun continues seeing more of Melbourne’s sights as we visit our last restaurant for a tempting dessert with tea/ coffee and nightcap.

• 11.30pm–Return to pick up location or visit a Bar / Club venue until 12.30am

  Please note some itineraries can vary depending upon availability of particular venues. An exact itinerary can be determined after consultation with our staff.
